Return Policy
Everything we sell is backed by the Sandbar Society Co™ satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason you are not satisfied due to a quality defect and you choose to receive a refund, please email us at info@sandbarsocietyco.com, and we will mail you a return label. We will accept all items that are unworn and unwashed within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Sandbar Society Co™ products purchased at independent retailers or stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Their return and exchange policies may differ from ours, so please contact the store from which your item(s) were purchased from.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the returns for refunds have been processed. Processing time can often be extended during the holidays.

In the case where your size is wrong, or the color of the garment(s) just isn’t to your expectations and you wish to exchange, please email us at info@sandbarsocietyco.com, and we will mail you a return label. Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size and/or color. Item(s) must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of delivery. You will be notified via email on the status and order tracking number once we send the new item(s) to your location.
